    Shipping is not included in our pricing. We can quote delivery if you need assistance. Our Shells weigh under 2,000lbs which means you can pick up with any trailer. Even a boat trailer!  Our Factory is located in Port Richey, Florida off Highway 19

    We use Square to process our credit card payments.  All pools must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery. We require a $2000 deposit that can be paid on the website with 3% fee. To save the fee, you can pay in person or mail a Cashier’s check.

    As of January 2021, we are about 4 weeks backordered.  We try to stay within a 4-6 week range which is the amount of time most Permits take so the Installer has plenty of time to pickup for installation. 

    Once you’ve submitted your order and paid in Full or the Down Payment, a Factory Rep will contact you to verify your Pool, options, and take an estimated date you’d like the pool shell to be ready for pickup.  A cashier’s check or cleared credit card payment (+3%) is necessary unless you are an approved Dealer. A company check is acceptable for all approved Dealers or repeat buyers. 

    Yes, you’ll receive an invoice. You can also sign into our website and download. 

    Sales Tax is applied to all Florida customers. 

    If you are purchasing from outside Florida, you are responsible for any Sales Tax directly to your state. We do not collect or file out of state Sales Tax.
